​This website is the result of an amalgamation of my own and others ideas towards a beast that is imposed on all of us, and that shapes our thoughts, actions and beliefs - that is, culture.

This blog aims to provide a holistic understanding of philosophies shaping the world today, as well as the more proven, burgeoning sides of religion, spiritual science and shared estoteric knowledge. All blogs related to this knowledge have been categorised as ‘Ancient and Spiritual Philosophies’. It also aims to provide a holistic viewpoint into how our health industry is advancing rapidly and how East meets West in all areas. Posts relating to health have been categorised under the label of ‘Health, Mental Health and Psychology.’

My name is Leo Gabriel. I can promise that I do not hold an agenda for any authority. In fact, what both has motivated me to write, and what allows me to state that this blog is truly independent, is that it has not been financed by any outside party. I can assure that I do not hold any outside agenda, nor have I been edited, directed or censored by any paying party.

This blog on the contrary covers in principle sub-cultural topics, thoughts and movements, which I hope you find to be helpful and empowering, harking back to the Ancients and their wisdom. Very often I find these these thoughts and movements are overlooked by mainstream media, institutions and authority.
